Well, It happened again. They broke up. Well, at least I was glad to see Rory go to so much trouble for Lorelai. For awhile it seemed she was pretty much caught up in her own little World. Did it seem to anyone else that Luke really reacted quickly to what happened? I mean, yeah, he was embarrassed but he new that sort of thing was going on in the Gilmore House. Emily and Richard made it clear they didnt like him. Emily even acted horribly when she saw him the night before. Luke knew about Chris, and the fact Lorelai didnt tell him about the Dead Dad night was not exactly a first for her. Too many times in this series the plot takes a dramatic turn. Anyone else have any thoughts?

I didn't get to see the big blow up eppisode because my stupid tape ran out. But I saw the one you were talking about here. (not seen any since yet) Luke SHOULD have known that Emily & the rest would make it out to be worse than it was. BUT after Luke's reaction to the lunch with Christopher, Lorelai should have told him about the night of drinking. That was bad on Lorelai's part, but I think Luke completely over-reacted! (which is kinda typical of him...remember when she told him that she and Max were getting married?? He kept grilling her with all those questions to the point that she made the "he and my dad have discussed how many goats I'm worth" comment)
